What are the differences in modular design for helical gear reducers? What are the characteristics of helical gear reduction motors?
R-series helical gear reduction motor:
This is a coaxial helical gear reducer (in-line gear reducer). The in-line gear reducer features a coaxial helical output configuration. This series of in-line helical gear reducers offers a wide range of gear ratios and an extensive output speed range. With its compact design, the helical gear reducer saves space, making this series widely adopted in industrial applications.

Inline gear reducer
The basic model range includes four variants: R, RX, RXF, and RF. The product line spans helical gear reducers from the R27 to the R167 series, compatible with motors ranging from 0.12 kW to 132 kW. These in-line helical gear reducers can be combined with their own structural configurations to form integrated motor‑reducer units, delivering high reduction ratios, low output speeds, and high torque performance.
The R-series inline helical gear reducers have a maximum output speed of 1,075 r/min; in this case, the RX57 or RXF57 helical gear reducers are recommended. These helical gear reducers also come in a wide range of sizes. For more information, please contact us.
Parallel-shaft helical gear reducer:
This is a helical gear reducer with parallel shafts, featuring a parallel‑shaft output configuration. Designed for installation according to specific operating conditions, the product line employs a modular design that helps reduce procurement costs.
The basic models include four types: F-type, FF-type, FAF-type, and FA-type.
In terms of model range, from the F27 to the F157 gear reducers, when paired with various motors, the power output can be matched from 0.12 kW to 132 kW.
Parallel-axis gear reducers can be combined with in-line gear reducers to form a compound gear reducer, enabling high reduction ratios, low output speeds, and high torque.
For this parallel-shaft helical gear reducer, the maximum output speed is 695 rpm. At this speed, the gearbox can be configured as F27, FF27, FA27, or FAF27, paired with a 0.75 kW motor.

K-type right-angle bevel gearbox:
This K-series right-angle bevel gear box is one of the 90-degree gearbox types. It is also referred to as a helical bevel gear motor or a bevel-helical gear box.
Compared with worm‑gear reducers, this right‑angle reducer offers higher efficiency and greater output torque. Bevel gears enable helical‑gear reducers to deliver exceptional load‑carrying capacity.
There are four basic models: Type K, Type KF, Type KAF, and Type KF.
In terms of model range, from the K37 to the K187 bevel gear reducers, they can be matched with various types of motors, with power ratings ranging from 0.12 kW to 200 kW. Right-angle bevel gear reducers can be paired with R-series in-line gear reducers.
Combined to form a compound gear reducer to achieve high reduction ratios, low output speeds, and high torque for use in practical applications.
The maximum output speed of a right-angle bevel gear reducer is approximately 366 r/min. In this case, select a right-angle reducer model K37, KA37, KAF37, or KF37, paired with a 3 kW motor.
S-Series Right-Angle Worm Gear Reducer:
This is a helical worm gear reducer, an right-angle gearbox with self-locking capability. The housing of this right-angle worm gear reducer features a heat-dissipating surface.
In addition, this series of right-angle worm gear reducers features excellent vibration absorption, low temperature rise, and low noise.
It offers excellent sealing performance and strong adaptability to working environments, making it particularly well-suited for applications involving frequent starts and stops, such as conveyor systems. This series of worm gear reducers can be mounted on a 90-degree transmission mounting platform.
Right-angle worm gear gearbox
The S-series right-angle worm gearboxes come in four basic types: S, SF, SAF, and SF. In terms of model designations, the right-angle worm gearboxes range from S37 to S97, with various motor types available to match power ratings between 0.12 kW and 22 kW. S
The series of right-angle worm gearboxes can also be combined with R-series in-line gear reducers to form a combined worm‑gear reducer, meeting practical application requirements such as high reduction ratios, low output speeds, and high output torques. The maximum output speed of this S‑series right-angle worm gearbox is 425 r/min. In this case, the appropriate models are S37, SA37, SAF37, or SF37, paired with a 0.75 kW motor.
