Cylindrical gear reducer manufacturer
This product is a four-stage, parallel-shaft, hardened‑tooth‑surface cylindrical gear reducer, optimized and designed by the Reducer Technology Center based on the People’s Republic of China metallurgical industry standard YB/T050‑93, “YNK Gear Reducers for Metallurgical Equipment.” The entire housing is machined on HECKERT and Russian boring‑milling centers, while all gears are ground in a constant‑temperature workshop using German NILES and H FLER gear‑grinding machines and subsequently inspected with German KLING and ENBERG gear‑testing equipment, ensuring stable and reliable quality.

Scope of Application
1. The input speed shall not exceed 1,500 rpm.
2. The circumferential speed of gear drives shall not exceed 20 m/s.
3. The operating environment is –40 to +45°C; if the temperature falls below 0°C, the lubricant must be preheated to above 0°C before starting up.
ZSY hardened‑gear reducers are widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical processing, textiles, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, and other industries. The operating ambient temperature ranges from –40°C to 45°C; if the temperature falls below 0°C, the lubricant should be preheated to above 0°C before starting. The reducer can be operated in either forward or reverse direction.

1. The high-speed shaft speed shall not exceed 1500 rpm.
2. The peripheral velocity of gear drives shall not exceed 20 m/s.
3. The operating ambient temperature ranges from –40 to 45°C. If the temperature falls below 0°C, preheat the lubricating oil to above 0°C before starting. The gearbox can be operated in either forward or reverse direction.
Features of the ZSY hardened‑tooth‑surface reducer:
1. The gears are manufactured from high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching, achieving a tooth surface hardness of HRC 58–62. They are finished using a gear grinding process, ensuring high precision and excellent contact performance.
2. High transmission efficiency: greater than 90% at the third stage.
3. Smooth operation and low noise.
4. Compact size, lightweight, long service life, and high load-bearing capacity.

A spur gear reducer is a power transmission mechanism that uses a gear speed reducer to decrease the motor’s rotational speed to the desired level and to generate higher torque.
A spur gear reducer is a relatively precise mechanical device used to reduce speed and increase torque.
The gears of the cylindrical gear reducer are manufactured using carburizing and quenching, offering high load-carrying capacity and low noise. They are primarily used in belt conveyors and various material-handling machines, and can also be employed in the drive systems of other general-purpose machinery. With high load capacity, long service life, compact size, high efficiency, and light weight, they are suitable for applications where the input and output shafts are arranged at right angles. Cylindrical gear reducers are widely utilized in industries such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical processing, textiles, printing and dyeing, and pharmaceuticals.
ZQD cylindrical gear reducer
The ZQD-type reducer, without altering the input and output shaft locations or the mounting dimensions of the ZQ-type reducer, incorporates an additional high-speed stage, thereby constituting a three-stage transmission; the added high-speed stage is as described above. ZQD-type
The high‑ratio cylindrical gear reducers are available in six specifications: ZQD350+100, ZQD400+100, ZQD650+150, ZQD850+250, and ZQD1000+250.
